A door hanger campaign is a type of campaign where your marketing material is delivered to customers by being directly placed on the front door of homes. The door hanger is typically a 5” x 17” piece of paper with a hole and slit cut into the top to allow it to hook onto door handles. These are printed and then distributed to predetermined areas to reach your target audience.
There are so many pieces to a campaign that it is impossible to give an accurate quote without knowing the details of your campaign. If a company can confidently give you a quote without knowing the details of the campaign, that’s already a red flag. Many companies will quote low because they simply aren’t delivering all your material accurately or at all.
Some of the factors that affect the cost of your campaign are:
• Number of door hangers
• Location (one zip code/city or multiple)
• Timeline
• Targeting (ex. by demographics, an address list, etc.)
• Special customizations (unique shapes, coupon perforations, etc.)
Similar to the cost factors, there are some pieces of information needed to get an accurate quote, such as:
• Number of pieces
• Delivery location
• Targeting method (B2B, demographics, address specific, saturation, etc.)
• Distribution timeline
• Customizations (perforation, unique die-cuts, multiple versions, etc.)
• Creative (high-res PDF version of the door hanger creative)
We deliver anywhere in the continental United States.
Timelines vary based on quantity, targeting method, and other various factors. Typically, it will take about 2 weeks from the moment we receive print approval for the creative to print, ship, and begin distribution. From there, we have a separate timeline to complete distribution.
Yes, if you have your own design, we just ask you to provide us with the high-resolution, print-ready, PDF version for printing.
Of course! We’ll meet with you to discuss your offer, brand kit, and other requirements to create a design that will grab the attention of your audience.
Throughout the entirety of the campaign, the areas we are delivering to are being audited both remotely in-house and on the ground on location. This helps ensure that material is being delivered consistently and to the right areas. As confirmation of your marketing material being delivered, we provide you with a complete GPS report showing the areas that were delivered to. Upon request, we can even take a limited number of photos throughout the campaign of your door hangers on doors.
Yes, while you can have more than one version, there may be additional costs associated with having multiple versions.
Yes, coupons can be added to your door hanger creative. Perforations can also be added to aid in easier removal of the coupon at an additional cost.
Our minimum requirement for a campaign is 25,000 pieces. There are some static costs to campaigns, and in our experience quantities of 25,000 and above are not only more cost effective, but they give you more opportunities to reach more customers and generate positive ROI.

Yes! If you provide us with a list of home addresses to be delivered to, we can create an address-specific campaign. We will start by formatting the addresses to determine deliverable quantities, and at the end of the campaign, you will receive a list of addresses that were delivered to.
When clients have an address list to use for a campaign, we first format the list to find the most cost-efficient areas, fix any mistakes, and remove any undeliverable areas. Many times, addresses in these lists are spelled incorrectly, are businesses (not residential addresses), are private property, or simply do not exist (incomplete developments, empty pieces of land, etc.). This way you get an accurate and quality distribution quantity as well as a more cost efficient campaign.
Yes, as long as the complex is accessible and not gated.
We do have an opt-out list for anyone who has previously asked to be removed from our marketing efforts. These lists are given to our teams prior to the start of the campaign to ensure we do not deliver to those homes.
