We started off by completing a competitive analysis to identify what opportunities the company had to stand out in their industry. With this information in hand, we worked on creating easy-to-use brand guidelines that would inform both internal and external communications and helped the company solidify its brand identity. The last step was employing all this information in the revitalization and update of the Suntsu website.

Streamlining the menu navigation made it easier for potential customers to locate the product categories they needed.

We developed a parametric part search to give potential or returning customers the ability to easily check Suntsu’s stock for necessary parts and order samples.

Using our competitive analysis and keyword research, we began concepting, creating, and posting industry related blogs to establish Suntsu’s place as an industry expert and bring in more organic traffic to the site.
